Breakfast

PEANUT BUTTER-BANANA SMOOTHIE 
I love smoothies.  Like really really loves smoothies.  And this is my favorite one! It has about 15gms of protein so is great to start the day with or as a pre/post work-out snack.  Enjoy! 

Ingredients:
1 container Low-fat light Vanilla yogurt 
1 Banana
2 tbsp Peanut Butter 
1/4 cup milk
Ice 

Directions: Simple as it gets! Put ingredients in blender and blend away! Use ice to thicken to desired consistency.
